It's useless. Keep posting about vehicles left parked in front of our facility for months at a time. We've watched them tow them in and bring people by to test drive and sell. They send someone out who cruises by and says there is no violation because there are no fir sake signs, and no sign of abandoned vehicles (they know that by cruising by. Also requested signs for limited time parking with no results. Thus app is an exercise in futility and should be discontinued

App is even worse since the redesign. Clunky, not enough options to report the problem. Then the city or parks does nothing about the problem

They recently made the app way worse. Can't even choose the location of the issue on a map anymore. APD is useless for all complaints. Why even bother reporting anything?
